Let me describe your Tuesday. You opened the laptop at seven meaning to look at pricing. By half past you were chasing an invoice. At nine someone asked where the stock sheet was. By six you had done a full day and not one hour of it was the thing only you can do.
The advice you have been given is to delegate. That advice is useless on its own, because the reason you have not delegated is not that nobody told you to.
Handing a task over costs more than doing it, the first four times. Most owners quit on attempt two, conclude that nobody can do it properly, and take it back. That is not a character flaw — it is arithmetic with the wrong time horizon.
The question is never "can they do it as well as me". It is "what is the cheapest version of this that does not lose a customer".
